Our Commitment

MyQuickTool complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and respects the intellectual property rights of all parties. We will respond promptly to valid DMCA takedown notices and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to infringing content.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner (or authorised to act on behalf of one) and believe that content on MyQuickTool infringes your copyright, please send a written DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent containing all of the following:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorised agent
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works are covered)
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with sufficient detail for us to locate it (e.g., the URL of the specific page)
4. Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address
5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf

Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe that content was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to our designated agent containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your district and will accept service of process from the person who provided the original takedown notice

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant. If no legal action is filed within 10-14 business days, the removed content may be reinstated.

Repeat Infringers

MyQuickTool has a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, users or contributors who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

Misuse of DMCA Process

Submitting a false DMCA takedown notice may result in legal liability. If you are unsure whether content on our site infringes your copyright, we recommend consulting a legal professional before submitting a notice.
